Incentive Programs

The following incentive programs are part of your wellness program and are a way to motivate your employees from the get go. It also helps our staff introduce themselves and our program to your staff. These are our most popular incentive programs but we also have a variety of others from which you may choose.

Physical Activities

Going the distance
This 12 week program encourages employees to reach a predetermined destination ranging from Fillmore to California. Miles are accumulated through a combination of options including physical, emotional and nutritional activities. Each participant that reaches their predetermined destination receives an award. The top 3 participants that go the furthest receive additional prizes.

Company 5K & Breakfast
Corporate Health Solutions team will organize a 5K for your company along with a nutritious breakfast after the event. This kind of activity promotes employee camaraderie while enjoying the benefits of exercise.

Walk This Weigh
Walking has been shown to be one of the most effective ways to begin an exercise program because of its weight loss benefits. In this 90-day program, participants walk everyday and log their miles and minutes on a log form. Walking will soon become an integral part of the daily routine.

Weight 4 Me Weight 4 Me uses simple, yet powerful goal-setting and tracking techniques. It focuses on the 4 key components of managing weight: physical activity, portion control, shifting eating patterns, and mental, emotional and social aspects of weight management. Through simple, daily actions in all 4 areas, participants begin to change their eating and activity patterns gradually, until they suddenly realize they are living healthier.

Nutrition

Super Size Me
The main focus of this challenge is portion sizes. To begin each participant will keep a food log for 3 days. At the end of the 3 days, their food log will be analyzed for their caloric intake and nutrition. They will then receive a personalized information sheet with suggestions to improve their diets. Keeping the suggestions in mind personal goals will be set. New goals will be set every week for 8 weeks.

Quick and Healthy Meals
A series of 3 cooking classes will be taught, each participant will be educated on better food choices and ways to cook healthy that are fast, easy and convenient. Recipes and shopping guides will be distributed with each class.

Colorful Choices
This may be the simplest nutrition program ever – no calorie counting, no fat gram tabulating, no weighing and measuring. Just easy to remember daily selections of colorful fruits and vegetables – more than 50 to choose from! Participants aim for a minimum of 5 servings of fruits and vegetables a day for 20 days – in red, orange, yellow/white, green, and blue/violet.

Choosing the number of hours we will be on-site at your company helps us to determine any additional services we can provide such as individual consultations, personal training, in-house wellness training etc.
